Default Lucky for me

Early on in a $5 10 person Sit n Go tourney I get JJ and raise 3x bb. I get re raised double my bet. We are still talking min amounts considered the chip stacks at this time. Flop is JAJ. Wonderful flop for me. I slow play it and he checks as well. The turn is a blank and I check he makes a small bet and a reraise and he calls. River is another blank and I bet he reraises and I go all in. He flips over AA which gives him Aces Full of Jacks, which loses to my 4 jacks.

That's awesome flopping quads, but this isn't a really bad beat in any way that I see it. You made a standard raise with JJ and he made a minimum raise. Never min. raise with AA! He was too worried about getting action that he didn't even consider the possibility of being beaten. If I were him I would have raised a more substantial amount, but if you had still called an allin or something preflop then I guess it couldn't have been avoided. That woulda been a horrible beat, but IMHO he played the hand stupidly and let you make your hand.

True. Either way I was quite happy to flop Quads. Pocket Jacks usually due me in so I was happy to take a nice pot with them on that hand.
