I think negraneau is better at making reads while his constant chatter helps to keep from reading him....as for pure entertainment its hellmuth and matasow ....both are barely above plankton on the evelutionary scale but they are entertaining to watch on tv.

Default fav. player

I like many poker pros. because they all play good in their own ways...but if i were to choose a fav. player...might be Daniel Neg. because he's a terrific all around player. I mean i still think Phil Hellmuth is 1 of the best..because i honestly thinks he's really good when i watch him..but his attitude is what i dislike...but i also think Ted Forrest is a good poker player... he's the quiet guy...but when u watch him..he plays pretty good.

Default fun topic

the most likeable is definately daniel negraneau, and as far phil helmuth he is a great player and i used to think his tirades were wrong untill i spent enuff time playing against donkeys now i can relate. but i would have to say after watching way to much poker that the player that i have witnessed to be the all around best is phil ivey, this being for a number of reasons he has by far the least number of tells a hard read, he has earned a reputation to intimadate, and also he is by far the best and twisting and tweaking his game to manipulate a tournament into going his direction.

haha i second that scotty nguyen. he is the man. i hope he never learns to speak proper english. him and his bling own the table. other than that, he is a very good all around poker player and his shades don't hurt. people find him hard to read cause he's so cocky and he just says the weirdest things. if you can under stand what he says that is

while i can't argue that the players you guys are all mentioning aren't "part" of the WPT , as they all play in it
it seems you guys are more discussing the successful players who performed well in the WSOP.

Daniel Negraneau, however, did perform well in WPT.

now if anyone can guess who my favourite player who performed exceptionally well in WPT, i will give you 2 cents
