I play a majority of Tourny's...but seems like I have had better luck in the cash ring games. But I am like alot of people, I cant get away from playing tourny's....

I do soooo much better at s&gs bit i love the MTTs and waste a lot of time playing in them. I say waste because I only occassionaly finish in the money and even then, it's never the final table and big money. Sometimes I'll play an MTT for three hours and maybe get double my by in if I'm lucky. If I'd had hands like that in an s&g, I'd have made some nice money but those hands were wasted on a tournament I don't win. But still, I love them so I continue to play once in a while.

My favorite are in this order:
1.MTT's
2. SNG's
3. RING games

being good at cash games helps you in earlier stages of tourney.
this skill is especially useful when u play a proper tourney with slow blind structure where you will have lots of flops to see earlier on.

also, short handed cash games can be useful further on into the tournament especially when early positions have folded. in which case aggression is the key

I am so bad at playing in cash games in my mind. I am so much more successful in tournaments. I think that in cash games you need a lot of patience and a ton of restraint both of which are not my best qualities btu i think tournaments play more to my natural strengths.

I have mainly played in MTTs because I don't have the stomach for ring games. I am flirting with them every now and again at jetset and tropical (beta winnings from tropical) and having mixed results. I have been told that the ring games is where you can clear promotional money from sites. I have yet to deposit to get a promotion and hope to do a little better on the ring tables so I can begin to clear some of that bonus money.

I like MTT mores then ring games but i've been working on my deep stack play. I find ring games to be more entertaining then MTTs and easier way of making money. Once you get good at ring games you'll never regret it because you can make a killing playing them, as you can with mtts, sngs also i guess its just personal perfenece but its useful to be good at deep stack play.

I really have more luck in tournaments.
But in the past 2 weeks i won some nice money at ring tables.
It could be a new start.

I've gotten pretty good at playing in SnGs and have started to make a nice profit from them, especially in Omaha. People on Titan don't know how to play Omaha.
