Yeah, I agree. Lately I've been playing terrible poker because I've only been playing about one tournie a week in those mega-tournies. The regular BBP tournies really helped me with my game because you start out close to the money.

Default A great tournement

My bank roll was all the way down to 12$ before last weeks tournement... it was at about $150 when the torunements ended for a bit. I had bad beat after bad beat. Since the victory at last weeks tournement my luck has swung and my bank roll grows every night.
Thnak you for these tournements.

I've gone astray from the BBP Way.
For instance in one of those Mega Freerolls (200+), the big stack in early position goes all in with $5K and I'm on the Button with 3-3 so naturally I push (like a dummy) my $1.5K to go Heads-up. He flips over AKs and catches a K. BOOM, I'm gone in the first 10 minutes. I realized that I'm one of "those" All-in Goofballs. Definitely Time to Tighten Up!!

You can't beat a freeroll that's limited to 50 entries, as opposed to the average 300 plus fields (if not more) we're accustomed to playing. That in and of itself should cause players to tighten up their play. I had a good time myself, and am sure I'll see many of you at our next event on July 2nd.

Then again, I have quite a few posts left to make, so maybe I won't be there?

?? Personally i like the 300+ fields more fun..Nothing beats making a FT run in a big MTT with 25 dollars or 375 or 2400 for first prize

I am glad the games have started up again. I missed out on last week's game with the limited number of players but look forward to playing this Sunday.

I would agree with what others have said about the qaulity of play here. I would also had the forum has also been incredibily helful It isno coincidence that my bankroll starting rising when I started reading and posting at this site.

It is hard to find good quality play online lately, no matter the size of the buy in, it seems there ar ealways people that dont value the dollar and place terrible cards and draw out on the better hands. It i snice to know there is a league that still has good quality players.
